Welcome to Xodafez. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and pre-orders. Please read through before contacting support — it’ll save you time.

Orders & Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means the product is not currently in stock. When you purchase, you’re reserving the item in the next production run. This allows us to produce in limited quantities while keeping the quality high.

How long do pre-orders take?
Pre-orders typically take 6–12 weeks to produce and ship. This timeframe can vary depending on manufacturing or customs delays, but I always keep customers updated via email/SMS.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed, as production is started based on demand. If you need to change the size or shipping address, email me within 48 hours of ordering.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Xodafez ships worldwide. Shipping times depend on your location:

US / Canada: 5–15 business days (after dispatch)

Europe: 7–15 business days
Middle East / Asia: 10–15 business days

Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Do you provide tracking?
Yes — once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?
It can take a few days for tracking to update after dispatch, especially for international
orders. If it hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, reach out to me.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Full-priced items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Sale items / Pre-orders: Final sale, no returns.

How do I return?

Contact me at ryan@xodafez.com. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if the size doesn’t fit, I can exchange for another size if stock is available. If the item is sold out, you’ll be offered store credit.


Refunds

When will I get my refund?

Refunds (for eligible returns) are processed within 5–7 business days after I receive and inspect the item.

Why haven’t I received my refund yet?

Check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary. If more than 10 business days have passed, email me.

Important Notes

  • Xodafez is a small independent brand. Each item is carefully made in limited runs, which means delays can sometimes happen. I will never compromise on quality, even if it means waiting a little longer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. I can’t replace items if the wrong address was entered at checkout.

  • Duties & taxes (for international customers) are the responsibility of the buyer.
